 Delivery to any destination in Australia
 All  orders received before 2:00 PM shall be processed on  the same day, otherwise the next working day. All next day deliveries are  subject to next working day.
 Overnight Express - this service applies  to orders received before 12.00 PM. Allow an extra 24 - 48  hours or more for regional areas.
 Our  preferred carriers are Regular  Australia Post, Express Post, Couriers Please and TNT. You may select which shipping option and method you  prefer with our sales representative  or upon  checkout when you place an order online. Delivery International                                      
                                        Our  primary carrier is the Australian Postal Service. Sometimes we ship via DHL  and EMS requested by overseas customers.  Please  e-mail sales@secutech.com.au or call +612 9748  6688 and  speak to our salesperson for details.
 Your nominated carrier You  can choose to collect or send your own carrier to pick up the order. Please  advise us of your chosen carrier and allow a minimum of two hours to  prepare your order.
 
 Freight and insurance
 As  freight is calculated by the greater of weight or volume, before processing your order,  Secuvision sales representative will advise you by email or phone the best  delivery  method to be used and competitive freight rate. (Click  here for details of postage guide and insurance guide).
 Terms & Condition  GeneralThese  conditions shall apply to all Contracts made by Secuvision Technology Pty Ltd  (hereafter called Secuvision) with customers for the sale of equipment supplies  by Secuvision. These terms shall be binding on the parties to a Contract and no  variation shall be effective unless produced in writing and signed by  Secuvision. Customers printed terms or conditions of business at variance with  these terms shall not be binding on Secuvision.
 Product AvailabilityOur  goal is to ship all orders the same day or the next after an order is placed.  Occasionally due to stock levels or import delays we run out of some items  momentarily.. If we can't ship your order within 1-2 business days after the  order date, we will contact you by email or phone and inform you of the delay.
 Warranty Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not  transferable. We guarantee that products from this site will be free from  defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified, that  they correspond with the description in our site at time of purchase. Warranty  does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, electro-static  discharge, electrical spikes due to lightning or induction, reverse or  over-voltage.
 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments:Legal  responsibilitySecuvision  technology is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once the  carrier has picked them up.? Please  specify insurance when you order. Insurance will cost you 1% of the order value  and we are happy to arrange it on you behalf. .
 This  insurance also covers goods DAMAGED in transit. If you order by phone you will  be asked if you wish to insure on your behalf. When you post an order to us  don't forget to consider insurance. We do not automatically insure unless you  specify it. If you don't mention insurance you are NOT insured.
 All shortages and damages  must be notified in writing within 48 hrs
 
 Return Policy & Defective Merchandise
 Secuvision assures that all products are fully  tested and  visually inspected before being shipped. Due to the nature of our product line,  some items may be used once, and no longer needed. Therefore all sales are  final.
 .
 If  an item is defective during the warranty period, Secuvision will replace unit  with a new exact item or repair at our option. Customer will be responsible for  shipping charges. Any return for repair must be authorized by Secuvision. A  Return Authorisation Number, Copy of Purchase Receipt and detailed description  of reason for return is required before goods are returned for repair.
 No  packages will be accepted for return without first obtaining a return  authorization number (RA) from Secuvision. Please call, fax, or e-mail your  request. Upon approval of your request, an R/A number will  be faxed to you, or if you telephone us, we can usually provide you with an R/A  number over the phone. Please remember to write the R/A number on the outside  of the box prior to shipping.
 
 It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not Secuvision) to ascertain and obey  all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of  any item in this Site. Consult your attorney regarding local, state and federal  laws before ordering. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is  of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.
 
 Secuvision Technology Pty Ltd does not accept any liability whatsoever for any  injury, loss or damage sustained by the buyer however arising.
 
 Secuvision makes no representations concerning the legality of certain product  applications such as the recording of video or audio recording of others  without their knowledge and/or consent. We encourage everyone to check and  comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations before  engaging in any form of surveillance or any transmission of radio frequencies.
